1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all room bookings made through our website, direct reservations, or third-party booking platforms.
1.2 By making a reservation, guests agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
1.3 The hotel reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and the latest version will always be available on our website.
2. Booking & Payment
2.1 A valid credit/debit card or advance payment is required to confirm a booking.
2.2 Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the selected rate plan.
2.3 The currency is in £ (GBP) and includes all applicable taxes.
2.4 Special offers and promotional rates may have additional terms and are subject to availability.
2.5 Guest Contact Information – Guests must provide their full address details and a valid phone number at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
3.1 Cancellations must be made within the time frame specified in the booking confirmation to avoid charges.
3.2 If a booking is cancelled after the allowed period, a cancellation fee (e.g., first-night charge or full booking amount, depending on the rate and the cancellation policy) will apply.
3.3 No-shows will be charged the full amount of the total booking cost.
4. Check-in & Check-out
4.1 Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
4.2 Guests must present a valid government-issued ID and the credit card used for booking at check-in.
4.3 The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in if a valid ID or payment method is not provided.
4.4 The minimum age for check-in is 18 years old. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
4.5 We offer free parking for guests using any hotel facilities. However, all guests must register their vehicle with reception upon arrival. Failure to do so will result in a parking fine, and the hotel is not responsible for any charges incurred.
5. Guest Responsibilities
5.1 Guests must comply with hotel policies, including non-smoking rules, noise restrictions, and health & safety guidelines.
5.2 Any damage caused to hotel property will be charged to the guest’s credit card on file, with a minimum charge of £100.
5.3 The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings. Guests may store valuable items in the reception safe upon request.
6. Children & Extra Beds
6.1 Children aged 17 or under stay free when using existing bedding. Additional charges may apply for extra beds or cribs.
6.2 Maximum room occupancy must not be exceeded.
6.3 Extra Beds – People of any age will be charged £25.00 per person, per night when using an available extra bed.
7. Pet Policy
7.1 Pets are not allowed. If allowed under special circumstances, applicable pet fees and conditions will apply.
8. Force Majeure
8.1 The hotel is not liable for cancellations or changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government regulations, or emergencies beyond our control.
